What will a tuneup/service cost with blade sharpening, brakes and a PTO repair?

Is $375 too much in this condition? I don't need the plow or bagger. Could I sell them?

Seller will deliver and I would have it taken to a tractor/mower shop for service. Please advise. I am a newbie, please pardon my ignorance.

unless you are a do-it-yourselfer and don't mind spending a lot of time tinkering, I would shy away from a 25+ year old machine. The 111 was a fine machine, but they are 25+ years old now.
