Another aerial view site.....

.... and more. I came across this site today. It is the most recent satellite view of any I've seen, from the summer of '02 in my case, as you can see the cement pad for my business and where the excavator was getting the fill dirt from.
This one has a little real estate info too, including your property taxes, but the house estimates are "off" and they were also reported to be in USA Today, where I found the site.

Very interesting. I was able to see recent sales for all of the house on my road and average sale price ($127,000) for the neighborhood.

The house across the street from me is listed for $4.5 million... I think that will throw off the average for the whole community when it sells!

Interesting site, better resolution than Google Earth at least at my location.

I put my address in, and it shows the house in our field with a notation, nothing at that address,., The other houses shown around me are way off price wise..

I don't remember if Kansas was one of them, but there are a few states who keep the $ info private. Maybe if they can't list their guesstimate values they aren't interested in providing the aerial views. It is a real estate type site.

Yep, I saw the article in the paper too.
At $4.5 million, it's the most expensive house ever listed in the Youngstown area. It's over 10,000 square feet on five acres of lakefront property with indoor and outdoor home theaters. Supposedly, none of the walls run at 90 degree angles (no rooms are square or rectangular) and nothing is painted any shade of white.

I'm hoping it raises the real estate values on my road enough that I can make a little extra money when we sell this spring.
