learning not to say "never" can sometimes prevent the after taste of crow...
He (Sessions) doesn't have to arrest anyone...Methinks the fed would have to view reefer the same as alcohol or tobacco as far as taxes go and right now there are states making big $ off of something that is against federal laws...if nothing else they (feds) are going to go after at the least an excise tax...
IMO the feds need to do something because the way maverick states are opening/legalizing it...it's going to open up a giant one of these:

Up here in Canada, recreational pot will become legal next July 1st. The feds and provincial governments are setting it up, government stores to sell it, going to tax the snot out of it, like they do everything up here.....It will be a compete disaster. The black market will thrive as it always has.

As for me, I won't use it, legal or not.........Just like booze, they both just make you stupider.

Read in the paper today that someone is making doggy treats with pot in them. Wonder if they'll let the dog be a service dog if he's DUI. Differently new meaning for man's best friend.

Our neighbor has a really hiper dog she got from a rescue place. After lots of training.....the dog was still very hiper around people. She now uses a CBD oil for her dog......she says she puts a couple of drops from a dropper on the dogs food in the morning. We were over at their house the other day......amazing difference in the dog. He used to not stop barking......would run around the house...never sitting down. The other day......the dog was calm......barked a few times when we first arrived then stopped.......he was really a very nice dog. Our neighbor swears that the oil has been a miracle for her dog........

Not without some type of federal legislative action...
...I'm curious...in states with medical mj...does insurance cover the cost?...if not is it deductible (like other prescribed meds) from income tax?

Of course it about money (Doh, it's never been about anything else)...it's the reason states are sanctioning it...and the feds are going to want their cut which will only help the black market...
