air filter warning light?

Soundguy, I like your thinking, I'm sure that will work OK.

Another thought;
All walk behind blowers don't have air filters and as such are called 'snow blower' or 'winter motors' and have different part NO's for same unit found on mowers and tillers etc.
The reason being that in the winter you do not have dust in the air, that being the case I don't see why we simply don't remove the filters on our tractors in the winter.

i wouldn't all the same.. but for sure finding a freez/plug resistant method is in order.

The other problem i was having was the battery was a total ice cube. Now with the cotton cover it stays warm enough to keep all the snow melted in the front. Temp guage went up a little (to just past the first mark). Better heat in the cab also.
