Anybody know much about these I see they’re selling at auction between 10 and 16,000. Not a whole Lotta info out there for them. I saw the YouTube video that dig it Stan’s did (not sure on that spelling). I’m pretty interested. There’s supposed to be a parts warehouse in Chicago but every time I called no answer

I think it’s around 7 to 7 1/2 feet. Really hard to find accurate specs on this one. He states in the video that it weighs 6000 pounds and I highly doubt it weighs that much. I would guess about 4500 or so may be a bit more. Either way looks like a decent platform to start with and then upgrade things as they break.

I agree, interesting video. He says you can not buy directly from the importer in the US; all machines go to auction. I suppose that avoids having to return anything under warranty. Or service anything...

Since the 1-ton machines are right around 5.5' did depth, I would estimate that the NT30 is at least 2-3 feet deeper, based on the apparent additional lengths of the dipper and boom.

I have no reason to doubt the 3 metric ton weight, and the lifting tests (esp the one where he is driving around with the 1T mini suspended) seem to support that.

I just wonder how it is built. Hyd oil pressure filter? Cooler? Hyd pump(s)? Etc.
