I'd say buy the cheapest mower you can stand and then every time you get on it you can have an attitude while you're mowing!!:D

Or buy something easy to work on and holds it value, a soft ride and a joy to use. Here's one we traded in after a few years for a 932 (I think). Same style, just larger engine. It's easy to clean the deck and replace/sharpen blades. We don't vacuum or pick up leaves, just use high lift blades and chop them to dust. At 80-100 hours a season a homeowner can not wear one of these out.
