Adding a PTO to a front 3 point hitch

I need to add a front PTO. I do NOT want to use a rear gearbox with an under-the-tractor driveshaft. I have a Mahindra 4510 with a front crankshaft splined shaft, 25mm (1") 18 splines. I want to use that output shaft, which is lined up dead center with my front weight plate. I can drill a hole in the front plate, which is 1/2" thick and I want to mount it centered with my from 3 point hitch. The mechanical PTO is my first choice, I would REALLY want one with an electric clutch. Anyone know where one is?

Second, if that is not an option, any recommendations on a hydraulic PTO and belt driven pump hanging on the side of the engine? Also, are there electric hydraulic solenoids for turning flow ON or OFF to the PTO when needed or not needed?

It's a very common thing in Europe and to me, far superior to the proprietary and expensive front hitches by Kubota and JD.

The engine will be running 2500 RPM or so for rated horsepower, so you will need a gearbox to reduce to 540 or 1000 RPM depending what implement you plan to run. Also pay attention to direction of rotation.
