A \"tractor quotes\" topic

There are so many wise and humorous comments posted here that it might be interesting to collect and keep them in one topic - call it "tractor wisdom" or "tractor quotes" or whatever. Examples:

First my favorite - 'A tractor without a FEL is a slow way to get to work' (I can't recall who posted that but I smile every time I think of it)

and today, I read:
- "finish mower vs rocks - rocks win"
- "never take a knife to a gun fight"
- "the rocks grew back"
and many, many more gems. Anyway, just a suggestion. I think it would be fun as well as useful. . . .

My fav....

Or one I heard someone tell some one at work.

not quite about tractors, but,
this morning it was so hot at the farm, I had to feed the chickens ice cubes to keep them from laying hard boiled eggs..
