8122 Gravely

I was able to obtain 84-85 Gravely 8122 with snow plow and chains from a garage sale. It looks good although the widow said it has not been used in 5 years. I paid $500.00 for it and it needs a belt ,battery and maintenance. The motor is fine. I am told it is a great tractor. Can anyone give me an approximate value of this machine once it is put back in shape?. I have seen $1000.00 to $1200.00 but one mower mechanic told me it is worth more. Thanks docRx

1800-2000 would not be out of the question for such as machine. My dad has a 3000+ hour 8179KT which he has turned down $3000 for.
