Would a late model 770 w/std trans.4wd, pull a 5' bush hog? What is the lift cap. on the FEL? Thanks, Kenny

You've got 20 PTO HP and 3PH lift capacity of around 800 lbs.
So, yes you can use a 5' cutter (I did with the 770's little brother, the 670).
You will need front weights or a loader installed to counterbalance the cutter's weight. If the brush is thick or the tractor bogs, you'll have to slow down or make a partial width pass in heavier growth.

Thanks for the info. This tractor has a 70 FEL. Do you know the capacity of this loader?

Right around 700 lbs at max height, if you have adequate ballast on the 3PH (loaded tires are not adequate ballast).
