You've got 20 PTO HP and 3PH lift capacity of around 800 lbs.
So, yes you can use a 5' cutter (I did with the 770's little brother, the 670).
You will need front weights or a loader installed to counterbalance the cutter's weight. If the brush is thick or the tractor bogs, you'll have to slow down or make a partial width pass in heavier growth.

Right around 700 lbs at max height, if you have adequate ballast on the 3PH (loaded tires are not adequate ballast).
