Yeah drilling two holes into bucket will have zero effect on bucket. Bolting the bar to the bucket is far superior to clamping.
Its really pretty easy to drill the holes so I'm not sure what the big deal is.
I can tell you for me...I just did not want to start punching holes in something I just spent $22k for. I don't care if it was not going to weaken it, I just did not want to do it. I don't have the PTB but I do have the RR. I have found it invaluable in clearing small trees and saplings....it amazes me at the size of the tree it will rip out of the ground....but then a great deal depends on that....the tree itself, the ground. Some I have to spin around and dig up with the backhoe.....and black locust trees are all really one long root system...sometimes you get lucky, sometimes you don't.
If there was a way to have the Piranha on without drilling and bolting I would likely have one...a little more bite to the loader would be great for digging.
