5400 series

Does anyone have any experience using a 5400 series tractor? Just wondering what you think of them. We use all JD but i'd like to get some opinions on the Massey's. I know they are a little cheaper than some but are they just as good? Any common problems? How is the perkins engine?

My next door neighbor swears by them, he now owns 4 Massey's. He just bought the 5435 tractor and loves it. He sold me on the Massey's and I bought a 1533. He has a 205, 1805, 2705 and his new 5435. He thinks the perkins diesel is the best thing out there and he's been doing this over 25 years. All of his tractors are still in operation.
