David, Nice new tractor and now its not clinging to the roof of the pics - ha,ha. Enjoy. Oosik

Also David, its time to edit your profile. Lord knows, you don't want to start a Holy War with JD pics & your listed tractor as a Kubota M59 -,

Is that the muffler in front of the right steps? I like down exhausts, but if that's the muffle seems like it sticks out too far. I know I would get burnt by it.

It's not the muffler. It's a housing that protects the exhaust and to keep one from getting burnt when the engine goes into Re-Gen. Something like 1700 degrees (salesman's words) It will be inside the tires once they are dished.

Nice! Looks like a serious machine. What is the cable-operated gizmo at the rear, down below the PTO shaft and above the draw bar?

Good to know it's just a shield and not a hot spot to worry about.

My guess is it operates the ePTO gear shifting.

Zebrafive is correct. it switches between regular pto & epto (economy pto) on the machine by the lever it states 540 - e540. The mechanic prep'ing the machine said this tractor actually runs at 544 pto. When he Dino'ed it there was 74 hp at the pto at 540.

I like it too, not many open station tractors that size anymore, everyone wants cabs. Both of mine are open station too.

I will be using the tractor in the woods. I will be making trails for it, but still a glassed in cab would be a waist of $$. I have already looked into a wire cab and belly pan. About 4K and 2.5K respectively. Won't be this yr.

Congrats, very nice tractor! Did you want the low exhaust instead of a stack or was that what was on the lot?

I wanted the horizontal exhaust. I ordered this tractor with what it has, was very surprised it came in 30-days. I wasn't able to look at an M series, they only had D & E's on the lot. Not many buying the M because of the extra $$ and not thinking it's worth it. If they would have one on the lot that people could compare, they would sell more.

I use my 6415 in the woods too. I am sure I got a deal because it did not have a cab, this size everyone wants cabs. . I want the horizontal exhaust too. I'll have to buy thru parts department

Lets try these. In the woods by it self and then with the other equipment.

Very nice! Congrats! Are the rears filled? The loader will toss the rear-end of my 75M like a rag doll (450lbs wheel wts) without a rear attachment.

Also, noted that you found a manufacturer for a belly-pan. Do you have their info? Thanks.

Just what I thought your loader lines are tight to you loader mine loop way up. I spoke with my JD dealer about it and he said it was normal but all the pics I see there is no extra hose. IMG_2565[1].jpg
