$5000 rock picker upper

I have a 4 in1 and have been digging up rocks with the bh and moving them with the 4 in 1, no problem. A friend warned me about horse shooting the bottom edge of the 4 in 1. IE don't squeeze too hard with rock in the middle of the bucket, use the corners. Good tip.

I went online to find a rock grapple and found this. Even at 75% off it's way too expensive. It's been along long time but I worked years in metal fab for years and $5K seems high.

Although I think $10 for lunch is high also.

Can you post a better picture and/or a link to the manufacturer? From here it looks like a simple mechanical tong that shouldn’t cost much more than $500.

I've seen rock grapples made like logging tongs, but with one point replaced by a Y to make a three point grip on the boulder.

Many many years ago I seen them in action the rock rake
but they didn't cost any where near $5,000 but they sure
worked great and saved your back from bending over and
picking up rocks in the field
