Good advice with loader bolts. The loader manual says to retorque every 25 hrs and my dealer recommends using blue loctite. I found a few slightly loose(1/16 turn?) over several checks. I don't have a backhoe but I suppose those are critical to watch too.
I also found a couple of front wheel bolts turned very slightly over four or five checks.
I don't know if the filters are still as tough to get off as before (my tractor was March of 2011), but mine were crazy. The hydraulic filter buckled and the entire engine oil filter housing turned when removing it.
When draining hydraulic oil also remove the drain plugs in the final drives (they aren't shown in the manual).
HEHE... i missed the 2 rear final drive drains also on my 50 hour change.... cant believe they missed it in the manual. Saw it later, but what the heck. ill get it next time.
The original oil and hst and hyd filters were PAINTED onto the tractor and thats why there so **** hard to pop the first time. I followed the instruction on the new filters to the letter as far as tightening, and when i did the 100 hour oil change, the filter came off real easy.
i was about to call Arnold Schwarzenegger to remove the HST filter at the 50 hour mark.
