I have a customer with an RC100 and when he operates the arms and bucket it moves extremely fast, like there is no contolled speed, any chance it might be a low flow high flow issue, solenoid or fuse problem?

Thanks

Hey Eric. Hope you get some ideas on the problem over here.

Thanks John, movindirt replied to my other post, waiting to get full details from my customer

We sell some small inline restrictors to help slow the speed down, available in 1/4" and 1/2" sizes:

If the high flow valve is solenoid operated, the pump will run at max or engine rpm. He could reduce the engine rpm.

If you put restrictors in line, the unrestricted flow will pass over the relief valve and heat the fluid.

I would suggest to divert the flow with a splitter/divider valve, and let excess flow go to tank.

A 50/50 divider valve will split a 20 gal flow into 10 GPM each, or a variable flow valve would work.

I have a variable flow valve on my PT and it provides variable flow to my PTO. The flow not used goes to tank.
