40x70 pole barn price

I am looking to build(or have built)pole barn

What I want is:

40x70
16' eves
18" overhang in the front
4 12' overheads
1 man door
metal walls/roof
standard girts

Now for the ? I have called a few companies and they are all about two weeks out for a bid.What price range (ballpark) should i be looking at,material/labor?I have had the property graded,and i will be punching the holes after it is staked.

check with National Barn Company. They quoted me 20,900 for 40 by 60 by 14. That is a post building with metal skin.

I had a pole barn quoted 40 x 70 with a lean on the one side, service door, two windows, and overhead door with concret it was just under 40k built
