Has anyone had a problem with coolant loss. I noticed that a very small amount seems to vibrate out of the vent cap on the recovery tank at 1500 to 2100 RPM. It takes 10 to 12 hours to reach the low mark. Do you have a solution if it has happened to you.

Could it be that the overflow tank is too small or over filled?

Heat gauge reading okay.
Air clean clean.
Radiator clean.
Might be early signs of cause.

Tractor has 14 hours on it, everything is clean and not overfull, the tank is factory original. I pinched off the radiator overflow hose feeding into the tank to make sure that engine compression was not the cause (blown head gasket) and it was not. It is vibration for sure (1500-2100 rpm, not a problem below 1500), I will have to think about a solution. This can be resolved.

How about adding a coolant overflow kit?

Don't quite understand what you mean by this kit. Is it supposed to be an add on to the existing recovery tank? Also I forgot to mention this problem does not effect the use of the tractor just kind of makes a little mess and keeps me wandering if anyone other than me has noticed this.
Thanks for the suggestions.

Ok, you do have a recovery tank = overflow kit. Most tanks I have seen have a HI /LOW mark or HOT/COLD mark on the tank, could the coolant level be too high in the tank when hot? Can the tank be located where there is less vibration?

I have been very diligent on keeping fluids in the proper range. The overflow tank has "Full" and "Add" marks. Really no other place to relocate it. I am going to try to find a small tank and attach it to the tank cap vent hole with a hose so i can catch the splash. But I will wait for winter weather when I have to be in the shop instead of outside. Like I said earlier it really just makes a small mess and does not hinder tractor use at all.

Is there any way you can use some sort of isolation material,ie.- rubber washer, to reduce some of the vibration to the overfill tank?

Sounds like it might be a good idea. I have a large selectoin of bushings at work, I will give it a good look.
Thanks.
