I built a hitch sort of thing that looked a lot like this but I made mine with a 2" receiver so it could use things made for that standard trailer hitch. I did make a few additional things work by adding a piece of the 2" so it would slide into the receiver. My original design proved to be under built and I broke it. My newest design looks like an upside down T with the 2" receiver both at the top and the bottom. This type of hitch works well for light weight stuff (sprayer, tool caddy etc) but it's not real practical for heavy implements.

This guy is pretty inventive. I saw another video where he hot rods that tractor so it pops wheelies. His work looks really nice too.
