I'm looking at purchasing a Cub Cadet 3165. Are there any known problems with this model? Also wondering what is a fair price to pay. Thanks!

How many hours? How old?

I have a 3100 with 750 hours and my dealer said it was worth between 12 hundred and 15 hundred. I have them service it each fall and it runs like a new one,
