Hey guys,
Friend of mine has a new 3038e (2018 I think).
Anyway, it appears as though the only PTO controller available is the electric rocker switch on the right fender panel. Is there another manual lever that will disengage the spline on the PTO completely, allowing it to rotate freely if turning it by hand?
When he turns the PTO off with the rocker switch, the rotation stops, but you can't turn it manually. Even with the rocker switch in "neutral?" you can't turn it. Makes it extremely difficult to hook up heavier PTO attachments.
I told him to check his owner's manual, but I think he's lost it already. :confused3:
