I have a 1967 John Deere 3020 (diesel) that for some reason will not start! It ran great yesterday when I switched it off! Today I go back to start it up and it will not start! I thought the batteries were bad so I put 2 new ones in it and it still won’t start! It seems that the engine is under a strain or the starter is not turning it over fast enough to start! I put new heavy duty battery cables on it and still no luck! I’m wondering if the engine is hydro-locked or if the starter is just too weak to spin it over! ANY comments or hep would veritable appreciated!!
