self induced pain today , have a 2032R, was going to hook up extra hyds pulled the valve back ,yes it was clean, put the 1/8 inch plug in , next step to see if everything works, every thing but the 3 point works, pulled the block back of removed the plug still no 3 point. what did I do wrong?

the 1/8 plug is in the block behind the valve, went out today to clean some snow, while was out the 3 point began to work, so must have been a air lock dont know but glad it cured its self.
