I have a RU1400 Iseki tractor. I bent the lower link pivot shaft on the 3 point hitch assembly. The shaft is 14.5 inches long and .855 inch diameter, with a 3/16 inch hole near each end. It appears to be made with cold roll steel. Does anyone know of a source for this shaft? Thanks for your help.

I would go to a bone yard and get an axle off of something that mic'ed out to .855 or 21 millimeters, cut it and weld it in. The hole is for the hitch pin I presume?
Seems like the axle would be heat treated and harder than what you have now. Might be hard to drill a hole in. You could cut the hole off and weld it on the end. that would be custom!
