3 point hitch

Changed the hydraulic filters on my Bobcat TC235. Now my 3point hitch (with my finish mower attached) wont go up or down. It is stuck in the up position. The fluid is at an acceptable level. Any suggestions?

the adjuster at the bottom of the seat not locked up?

The handle that controls the hitch is all connected and moves freely for as far as I can see into the transmission.
