Let me start by saying my my ck30 HST 2005 model had a little fire issue. On the side where the joystick is. I had to replace the joystick and every thing down to the body assembly.
Now I find the 3pt hitch doesn't move. Made sure the control knob under the seat is not closed. Have plenty of hydro fluid. There was heat in the area of the lever and linkage. Just don't know where to go from here..
