3-Point Hitch 3 point hitch help

I just bought a TS 1610 and would like to attach a three point hitch. I bought the three point kit from Hoye tractor and it is on its way. Howver, it looks like to me that my tractor came with the tiller bracket, but it is lacking lower pins and the upper pin to connect the three point kit. I suppose I need to buy a bracket that mounts on the axle under the differential. Any one know a good resource to get the brackets? Thank you.
