Hello everybody. I am a new member and just last week bought a used Kubota ZL1-202. Dealer gave me old, looks like 3 point quick hitch connector . Is this correct?

I wouldn't use it because you can't use a pto shaft with it on.
You right. Than if I cut central brucket in the middle so it will not interfere with PTO. It may work. Except it may compromise rigidity of this "contraption"

If that's a quick attach bracket, why did they move the lower hooks so far inboard? If the one on the right in the photo is as far in as the one on the left (hard to see in the photo), then that thing looks as though it's designed to put implements designed for a subcompact tractor on to a CUT.
BTW, isn't that opening below the center of the cross brace high enough to allow the PTO to pass through? I guess it might depend on what kind of implement you are using.

I am not certain what that "contraption" is. it might be part of some kind of implement.

It looks like a thingamajig. Used on a 3 point hitch to attach a whatyamacallit.

I agree it looks like part of another piece of equipment just the way the lower hooks are so close together.

That was my first thought, certionally not a "quick hitch", believe the rest of the impliment it was used with is missing.... Might be a good "connector" if one were to mod it into a rear ballast or "work" platform/box though...
Probably a "bonus" part to sweeten the deal as dealer wanted to get rid of it becauseit was in the way and he could not find any use for it....

Proprietary hitch for proprietary tillers that Kubota uses on rice farming countries like Vietnam, Taiwan, and so on. Proprietary hitches used to be quite common on those older grey market tractors. This quick hitch in particular, would most like work with another proprietary attachments.
