3 Point forks,Bale spear

Saw a nice site that mfgs bale spears and 3 point forks, in the $300 range,anybody have a name, I knew I should have wrote it down while I was looking at it.

I know tsc has a couple types of bale spears.

I came across these Forks the other day on E-Bay, thought they were pretty neat. I think they could be adapted for the 3pt fairly easily.

You can get them any day of the week at most farm supply stores for less than $300. I've got a couple I've used for the last 7 years from Farm and Fleet that go through about 3000 bales a year and no problems with either one.

$300 sounds high for 3PH forks or bail spears. $150 is about the going rate here for good, heavy implements of that sort.

Look for a king kutter dealer. I was at the farm store last night and they had a three point bale spear on sale for $99 for 900-1500 lb. bales and the 1500-2200 lb. spear was on sale for $159. The forks were also on sale for $159 for the 1500-2200 lb. bales.

Klem's in Spencer MA Route 9 is a King Kutter dealer and has lots of their stuff laying around. I was there yesterday and did not notice if they had bale spears or not but they had hundreds of King Kutter items in their yard. I did notice that they had 2 3 pt King Kutter forks as I looked at them. I did not get a price.

Belonging to this forum, you must consider the needs of your fellow TBNrs. You really didn't ask the price?? Now I'll have to call them cuz I gotta know. The current condition of my carryall that I used as 3PH forks is attached. Maybe this time I'll buy or build something that is up to the task of breaking skids out of the snow and frost! We'll find out if the orange 3PH arms are up to the task yet. SteveV

Sorry about the price. Just stopped by in the rain to look at possible christmas presents (for me) and happened up them. Mike Klem drove by on an open tractor with a large something hanging from the bucket to load into a customers truck and I only talked to him for a minute. My caryall even though bent gratefully doesn't look like yours....
I can't remember who, perhaps Junkman or lamarbur can help, some dealer at the Woodstock fair had a display of King Kutter along with a printed price sheet showing list and their price for all items. I can't seem to find the sheet but there must be a dealer in this area that has one.
Where abouts in Mass are you located?

Sometimes a day makes a difference. It appears that the pallet mover is around $110. from the other thread, so my gripe about no price was premature. TBN has a lot of members patrolling dealerships yards from what I see. This is good! I'm located 45 minutes east of Worcester by car between 495 and 128. My mind is usually located somewhere in NH.
