3 point controls work in reverse

I have a U T B 445 the controls for the 3 point are backwards when you move the control up the 3point move down and move the control down the 3 point moves up does anyone know how to fix this problem

I don’t think so the controls are marked lift and lower I was told that it could be a stuck valve and fluid is bypassing and reversing the controls any ideas witch one I don’t know where to look
