3 point arms will not move.

Hi all I'm new to this forum. I have a massey ferguson 65 the 3 point arms stopped working so I took the side inspection plate off the tractor and the top diverter valve off as well. In the hole where the pickup tube goes it looks as if the hole has a Crack in it (attached a picture) will the tube still seal could this be my problem and I need a new pump or should I keep looking at other things.

Normally, there's a "drop rate" knob. Check to make sure it isn't totally shut.

The drop rate knob only controls down movement. Nothing happens when i raise the 3pt. Thanks for the advice I appreciate it. At this point I'm starting to wonder if I have a bad clutch and pump.

Check 3pt safety valve and all relief valves in the system before you spend the money for a pump.
