Have a few small drips under the rear end that happen after use. It must happen over the night. I am **** with my stuff - the tractor has 20 hours.

Any thoughts?
Josh

A leak is a leak and probably will not fix itself. A hose leak is one thing but this leak does not appear to be a hose. I would fix it.

I want to fix it. Having trouble finding the source.

Found and fixed. So the 3 pt hitch hits the rear drain plug and loosens it? Really?

All fluids are fine. Anyone else have this issue?

I have a similar leak, but mine appears to be coming from the front of the rear end (under the floor).. I have taken the seat off numerous times trying to find it, but no luck so far.. Really need to take the floor off and see if i can see anything..

Mine happens only after it has been run for quite a while.. I ran it for an hour 1 day and it never leaked.. BUT if i mow for an hour it will be dripping after i finish - but doesnt leak when not running..

Are you sure it's not just some hot grease dripping off of the mid PTO shaft or off of the mower deck?? Just my 2 cents.....

that was my first thought - I had just switched from 'green grease' to a moly lithium blend when i first saw the leak back in the spring.. the moly had a lower temperature rating.. I have tried looking at it from underneath but can really see much..

But it also happens when i have the MMM off and using the rough cutter.. but it could be residual grease still coming off as well though.

sometime soon i want to install a temperature gauge - and when I have that dash off I will go ahead and remove the floorboard to look for the problem..
