Probably a 210 loader and a 62 inch Mid mower? 254 hours is pretty young. What year is this 2210? A 200 loader might have been available on the 05's. If everything works - especially check the rear pto- 9700 might be about right.
If it were me I'd go for the 1026r, definitely, if you got the money. The 2210 has a poorly designed hydro transaxle. I've got 650 hours on my 2210 and the only issue I ever had was actually dry seized bearings in the twin touch pedal controls. I hated the fact that JD built that hydro with an aluminum case. . I was shocked to discovering this the first winter I had it and tried to stick a magnetic heater to the hydro to keep it warm and it wouldn't stick, shocked and very upset to find that it was aluminum. Then there is the uppper 3 point lilnk plate that had issues with leaking. Plust some guys actually managed to break the rear power take-off. The 1023/1026 have an all-new design hydro that among other things has a one piece carrier for the upper link that appears to structurally bypass the tranny case, and it's not air-cooled, and the filter is out of harm's way . The old air cooled hydro can really heat your butt on a hot summer day, the new ones should be a cooler ride.
I'm probably talking down my own resale value but I'll probably have my 2210 for years to come anyway. Not meaning to scare you, if a 2210 is a spoiled baby like mine it won't give you any trouble, I'd try to get all service records from the owner and definitely make sure both power take offs work and there's no leaks.
