200CX Loader and MMM drop problems

I have a JD 2320 with 200CX Loader and 54D Mid Mount Mower. I have the optional diverter valve that allows the MMM to be lowered by using the curl function on the loader joystick. My problem is that when using the loader, the bucket curls down slowly. When using the MMM raising/lowering function the MMM lowers slowly. Has anyone else had this problem??

Does the curl hyd circuit have a restrictor in the line?
