2006 Montana 4940

I am completely unfamiliar with Montana tractors though I have been around common Brands all of my life. A recent Montana 4940 popped up for sale in my area for $15,000. First of all is this a decent deal? A tractor has roughly 500 hours on it. Instead of a bucket the front end loader has a grapple. Who makes this tractor?

Any comments would be appreciated.

I love mine. They have a shuttle shift and I think that is the handiest thing i have ever had on a tractor.
