2004 Branson 3820
I have a 2004 3820 I rebuilt the lift piston and changed all fluid and filter. When using the 3point pulling back the lever to adjust height it will go all the way up. Eventually after time it will drop back down. Any ideas from the pros what could be wrong? Any help would be great thanks y'all

Some place in the lift linkage or piston there will be a feedback linkage to tell the position control when the lift is in the right position.
This is assuming your tractor has position control.
If you also have draft control have you gotten it in the minimize position.
The service manual should have the alignment and adjustment procedure.
There is a posting in this forum with a link for the service manuals.

Thanks I will look at it. I was wondering if it had something to do with the pressure relief valve on top of the lift piston

Yes sir. I'll be cutting with the bushing and go to adjust my height of cut and it will go up all the way and takes sometimes 1/2 before it lowers back down. I'm stumped
