For what it's worth, this forum is the KIOTI forum. There is a Kubota forum too, which will help you with any Kubota questions in future.

Congratulations on your new tractor! I haven't looked for a source for those manuals since I already have them for mine. However, I can offer you this I found (for when you may be doing maintenance or repairs) that you may want to bookmark this site that has the parts manual.

I have a B7510 and a B3200. On both tractors if you are sitting in the seat the lever closest to the seat on the right has an orange/red handle. The icons show 4 wheels. 2wd is the icon with the white space in the driveline indicating you are using the rear drive wheels. 4wd icon shows them all connected. Stop the tractor, use the clutch if you have one and move the lever to the position desired.

Disengage 4wd when driving on hard surfaces - concrete, asphalt, etc. You will have fewer issues if you only shift into 4wd when you actually need it. A heavy load in the FEL causes the rear end to be light. 4wd will give you better control in that situation.

Your BX should be similar.

The yellow handle engages/disengages the PTO.
