When changing fluids in my ford 1910 does the rear diff have different fluid from the transmission or is it all from the same tank?

Compact tractos typically share a common sump for the transmission, hydraulics and rear end. I'd be surprised if the Ford 1910 (Shibaru) separates any of them into its own sump. And even if they do, the oil is the same in all those areas: A multipurpose tractor transmission and hydraulic oil. It is not the same as a simple hydraulic fluid

I'd use a name brand multipurpose tractor transmission & hydraulic oil. Ford/New Holland uses Multi G 134 as their multipurpose trans/hydraulic oil. John Deere sells their own version called "Hy-Gard" for the same purpose. Be prepared for sticker shock.
