Tried to take the king pin out and noticed the key is welded directly to the pin any suggestions on how to get it off?

Are you asking how to get the king pin out or how to remove the key from it?

You ought to just bring up your old post rather than starting a new one. There are guys who are willing to help, but they need the context of what has been offered/tried.
As I stated in your other post "a welded kingpin is a sign that somebody bandaided it." You will need to carefully take it all apart and check each part for serviceability and repair as necessary. You can get parts and manuals as i previously posted.
