1300D Cooling system

Hi,

I have a YM1300D, (155D) and a need to change the water in the cooling system, the question, is how to do it??
I have a manual, and it only says that takes 4.9 Litres !!!

What should i do first ?

I pull the bottom rad. hose when I change. Be careful if you do this while the system is hot

But a need to know if i only take the old water out, a fill with new one?
Do i need to make samthing else?

THE COOLING SYSTEM HOLDS 0.8 GALLONS. YOU SHOULD RUN A 75%WATER 25% ANTI-FREEZE MIXTURE,UNLESS YOU ARE IN A COLD WEATHER CLIMATE

Can i also clean the radiator with water before refull with the mixture?

Is it necessary to bleed the circuit? and how to do that?
