1300 hyd seal

Ford 1300, I need the seal for the piston in lift cylinder. where might I get one from ??? thanks

Take the seal off the piston, get a few dimensions of the groove and the bore with calipers or micrometer. I may have that seal, pm me. Looks common.

Common ID and OD, there痴 a difference on the seal height though (double check that groove width of .360?. My catalogs show 4 different choices by groove width...... .260? .275? .433? .519?

Best bet is to check through your OEM tractor supplier, if no luck I can fix you up with something that works.

OK, so`, the lip on the seal goes on the pressure side for lifting, how do I hold the pushrod inside up to get the piston to it ?H=CONFIG]662000[/ATTACH]

new seal works great, but after it warms up, all lifting quits, works for a second, pressure hits 1300, then nothing. there is noise comming from the lower part of trans, like a relief. also is alot of air bubbles in the returning oil..............thanks

i cleaned partly plugged oil lines, drained and cleaned the trans itself. Hyd worked for 1/2 an hour, then quit again . air bubbles was a leak in the rubber hose at the pump. releif noise, now not till the end the lift. BUT, will a pressure relief valve "weaken" when hot ?????

no noise,, no bubbes, but pressure still quits when hot
