1200 cub cadet puller

bought cub cadet rolling chassy no clutch or drive shaft have a 16 hp v twin wanting to put in it my brother had this engine in a 1650 cub we had to lengthen the hydro drive shaft now don't know if i will have to do anything to put it in my gear drive any info will help
