Hi,

I have a 2005 4320 and I am adding a Fasse diverter valve to my third hyrdraulics. I need a 12 Volt power source back there to operate the switch.

I noticed a wire stubbed out right behind the seat and it has a small clip-on adapter attached to the end. The adapter seems to loop the the wires back on themselves. Does anyone know if this is a 12 volt power source for auxiliary electronics and does JD sell a part to clip right in to it rather than splicing and taping it?

Thanks in advance,

John

I think that may be for the optional work lights, but you will have to test it with a VOM or testlight to be sure.

That is for the worklight and it will only be "live" when the light switch is in the correct position (symbol with downward facing beams). I fabricated a bracket to mount a single 12 volt light I had laying around to the rollbar, centered behind the seat, which I use for snowplowing at night with a rear blade. This works pretty good but I would like it if there was a light switch position that would allow the flashers and the worklight to be operated at the same time. If I get time this winter I will run power from another source and install a seperate switch to make that happen.
