1025r 54d autoconnect lift issue

I just purchased a 2022 1025r with a 54d autoconnect. With 3pt lever all down, know in connnect position. The deck connects. Moving the 3pt lever to raise the deck, it only moves up 1/2" - 3/4".

With mower removed, 3pt lift in the most upper position. The lift arms for the mower have about 2" -2 1/2" of play before they hit the tractor chassis. There appears to be a slide adjustment inside the rear tire on the left side. It is all the way to one end of the adjustment.

I took a picture but I'm have problems adding to this post.

So, after doing a little research I decided to try some adjustments. Removed the left rear tire and adjusted the slide bar so there is no gap on right side. Then I adjusted (shorten) the two couples that lift the deck. Now the is about an 1"-1 1/2" clearance on the mowers front skid plate.

How much clearance should there be on front skid plate whe the mower is raised?
