10" front rims for X495

Thanks for the help. The tractor came with bar tires on the rear. I bought 2 used rear rims for $100. Already ordered the rear HDAP's online. I would prefer the fronts without the extra holes in the SE rims. Would the std 4wd front rim work?

Yes the std. 4wd rims are what you want to match your rears.

Hi everyone, new to the forum and have a question. I have a X485 that I purchased recently and need new tires. I really like the Carlise Field Trax HD tires. I can get 26x12-12 for the rear, but I can't find a 16x8.50-8 size for the front. There is a 16x8.50-10 size available, which could work if I could find a 10" rim for the 2wd front axle. Any ideas?

I replaced the original 18x8.5x8 with the 18x8.5.10. rims and tires. John Deere dealer will have all the hardware numbers you will need. I didn't want to mess with it so I had the dealer make the switch. Took about a half hour. Did the change on site in the box bed of the service truck. I have attached a picture of my X485 with the 10' rims.

You mentioned 16" rims on the front of the X485 I think they come standard with 18' rims.

I got my ROPS at FEMCO Company. They are located in Kansas. You can visit their website. I think the frame for the X728 may be the same as the X485. If so it should bolt right on. You may have to contact FEMCO to determine if they have a ROPS that will fit the X728. I have heard rumors that they have discontinued this ROPS model.
