I think OP is asking how to read his meter. If there's any doubt:

  1. Record time and hour meter reading next time you start the tractor.
  2. Record time and hour meter reading when you turn off the tractor.
  3. Compare difference in meter reading to elapsed time.
Always best to do this when running near PTO RPM, as some tractors count hours proportional to RPM, in some effort to better gauge wear and maintenance needs.

My guess is , only your rightmost digit is in tenths. All other digits to the left of that one, are your hours

For example, my hour meter reads 423.7 right now. That means 423 hours, 42 minutes. Lije someone said for practical purposes you can ignore the decimal.
