05 5103 Rockshaft Control Valve Problems

I have a 2005 5103 that has only 350 hrs. bought it new . The dealer has fixed it one time,they told me that I did not use it often enough and the valve rusted! I made it a point that about twice a week I would start the tractor and work the lift. I was using the box blade about half way of the job and the lift is either up or down.What is the fix for this problem?

I haven't had that problem with my 07 5303, it does constantly jump with any attachment hooked up when the lift is all the way up. A JD tech told me it was more than likely the relief valve.
He said it can be fixed by removing the seat & going in from the top.
