I saw two, one on a flatbed, in KY, and one at the Dealer in Ruston, LA, Looks, to be the replacement for the L35 to me, it has the 1000, back hoe, but does not have the Links for the 3pt stored under the frame.

I just saw the new L45 at the World AG Show this week. It looks like they have not only added some power, but they have also addressed at least 2 big limitations of the old L39: now there is a HST, and an integrated backhoe thumb.
