Not sure what it all means. To clarify, the voltage reading on power meter is ~120 volts all the time. Does it mean wattage I see is half of actual? The generator screen shows 240 v. How can turning on a ceiling fan can reduce total watts? And this is the only one appliance that does it.

Careful with wireless cameras. they pickup lots of interferience. Mine didn't work good. Replaced it with wired camera, powered directly from tractor battery thru fuse and switch. Now works fine

I stopped using rubber edge on gravel. When in float (bucket or plow) it compress snow just like rolling it. Surface becomes hard and when it starts melting you get ice. I've been using rear plow with gauge wheels leaving ~2 inch. Soft snow gives me better traction than ice))

How about bolting rubber strip to the blade edge? Worked for me...

All depends on $ you want to spent... Electric blowers are good for shop and deck. I got walk behind 5 hp Little Wonder for 1/4 mile driveway and 1 acre lawn blowing. For smaller areas Husqvarna backpack is strong and reliable.

Box blade with gauge wheels works really good for me

I do it every year before winter to reverse wheels for chain mounting. Not even using jack stands.

Got 5 loads @15 yards 2A modified (1.5"and smaller) delivered and tailgated. I leveled it with blade and build a crown. Than run again with box blade. Waiting for a drizzle/rain to get guy with vibrating roller to pack it. Stone is too dry right now to compact it.

I'm getting crashed stone delivered and spread on my old gravel driveway. I will crown and level it. Then a guy with vibrating roller will come over and compact it. Would it be a good idea to have stone dust spread on top before compacting? Please share your experience/ideas/suggestions...

Not sure. How would you compare? In my experience marine stabil will keep gas in the engine good for several years.

Not sure why you guys don't like vertical. I split small rounds in horizontal, but big ones 20" or more I just roll to the splitter, stand it up and push it under. Than I roll another one, seat on it and start splitting. Easy to change from horizontal position to vertical.

Talking about front wheels spacers... What is the difference between installing spacers and swapping and reversing front wheels? I understand that reversing wheels only gives me about 2-3" extra width. Most people are against that but don't mind spacers.

That's exactly what I did to pick up leafs piles and chips. Piece of plywood inside the bucket extended by about 3' and sides. Can use it to pick up light material like normal bucket. Cheap and easy on/off

No matter what skid shoes you use it still disturbs gravel. That's why i put wheels on all my snowblowers. That includes 3pt snowblower. Keeps constant 2" space above ground and you can change it by tilting blower edge

Look into dual fuel furnace. They come electric+wood, oil+wood and propane+wood. Ive been using propane/wood for 20 years. Using 50-70 gallons of propane for a season, the rest is wood. Works great

My self propelled 5 hp snow blower still digs in gravel. that's why Edge Tamers not for me. I got 2" steel pipe, cut one wall in length and put it on loader edge. Works great for 10+ years. Gravel movement is minimal. Easy on/off

I got boat trailer with surge brakes. Only use it twice a year to take boat in and out of the lake, 30 mi round trip. The manual says to bleed brakes every year. Do i really need it? We don't bleed car brakes every year... Comments?
