I have an 09 4720 without the sight glass bowl on the bottom of the fuel filter. The manuel says to drain the filter then turn it a quaurter turn counter clockwise and pull down to release it. when I turn it(CCW) it only moves about 1/32 of a turn, not a full 1/4 turn. I have not drained it yet...
